Dear students,
Next meeting is on Wednesday 13/01/2010 3:45 PM ground floor , Room number:3 .
Agenda - Elections and contest results .
Membership registration number will be allotted only to the people who submit the contest papers hard or soft copy and pay the contest fee .
Soft copy of contest paper can be mailed by Monday(11/01/2010) morning to asbecell2010@gmail.com .
Hard copies can be submitted to faculty coordinators by Monday .
Contest fee collection will be on Wednesday at meeting place . .
